Our People Strategy

Our People Strategy is centred around our vision of being a Trust where everyone belongs, progresses, and thrives. To achieve this, we are dedicated to creating a working environment where each member of staff is equally valued, fully supported, and duly recognised for the unique contributions they make. We believe that by celebrating our differences and fostering a culture of collaboration, we can inspire all members of our community to reach their full potential.

We launched our People Strategy in September 2025, providing all colleagues with a clear and consistent message about our commitment to developing and supporting our three strategic pillars. These three pillars are closely aligned with our overarching Trust Strategy, ensuring a unified and consistent approach across our Trust.
