Trust Governance Conference brings schools together.

On 16 June 2025, we were proud to host our Trust Governance Conference, welcoming Trustees, Local Governors, and School Leaders from across the Trust. The event provided a valuable opportunity for colleagues to come together, share best practice, and deepen their understanding of effective governance.

The conference featured a series of engaging sessions covering key areas such as governance strategy, wellbeing, the scheme of delegation, and the vital role of support and challenge in school improvement. Each session was designed to strengthen the collective capacity of our governance community and to align strategic thinking across all levels.

It was also a chance to recognise the essential – and often unsung – voluntary contribution made by our Governors and Trustees. Their commitment plays a crucial role in ensuring the success and wellbeing of pupils across our Trust.

We would like to thank everyone who attended and contributed to making the day such a success. Events like this remind us of the power of collaboration and shared purpose in driving meaningful change for our schools.
