Prior to taking up my role as CEO at Affinity Learning Partnership, I was a Trust Executive Leader for Secondary in a large East Midlands Trust. I have a strong track record of school improvement, as well as leading large capital projects, and managing challenging HR and finance projects.

Prior to this I worked in a number of headships, across the East Midlands and in London, and was a part of the prestigious Future Leaders and Talented Leaders Programmes. I have also had a number of senior posts in schools, usually focused around school improvement, outcomes, staff development and teaching and learning.

As a teacher, my specialisms were Computing, ICT and Mathematics.

Away from work, I follow Leicester City Football Club, as well as regular trips to the theatre. I also enjoy running (I've completed 8 marathons), and am a Trustee for another Multi Academy Trust, as well as being churchwarden in my local parish church.
