Trust HR Assistant

I was born and raised in Staffordshire and began my professional journey in hospitality at the age of 16, an experience that helped shape my approach to working with people and delivering high standards of service. After completing my A-Levels in 2019, I went on to study Law with Criminology at Aberystwyth University, graduating in 2022.
Following university, I worked as a Legal Assistant in Birmingham, where I gained valuable experience supporting legal processes. It was during this time that my interest in Human Resources developed, particularly in creating workplaces that foster positive and inclusive cultures.
In October 2023, I joined the Trust HR Team, where I continue to build my knowledge and support HR operations across a multi-academy Trust. I am particularly passionate about creating a positive and inclusive workplace culture, one that champions wellbeing and ensures all colleagues feel a genuine sense of belonging.
I am proud to contribute to an environment where people are supported to grow, encouraged to progress, and empowered to thrive. We truly reflect the Trust’s core values in everything we do.
