Trust Early Help Practitioner
“Working for Affinity Learning Partnership provides the opportunity to support children, young people and families in a way that is meaningful and community focused. The Trust values reflect a shared commitment to building strong relationships and delivering support that makes a lasting difference.”
I am an experienced and dedicated Early Help Practitioner with over 17 years of working in the social care and education sector. Throughout my career, I have built a strong reputation for developing positive, professional relationships with a wide range of agencies, supporting effective multi-agency collaboration to achieve the
best outcomes for families.
Prior to my current role, I worked as a Youth Worker, where I supported young people in navigating challenges, building confidence and making positive life choices. I have also worked as a Parenting Assessor within court settings, providing detailed, evidence-based assessments to inform decision-making and ensure the safety and wellbeing of children.
Having lived in the local area all my life, I bring a strong understanding of the community, including its diverse neighbourhoods, resources and challenges. This local knowledge allows me to offer practical and meaningful support tailored to each family’s unique circumstances.
I pride myself on my excellent communication skills and approachable, adaptable personality, which enables me to build trust and rapport with families from all backgrounds. I am committed to working in a respectful, empathetic and solution-focused way, empowering families to build resilience and create positive, lasting change.
